Chandigarh, December 24, 2012: The Punjab Government has issued strict instruction to all the departments to furnish data of deduction of contributory pension fund (CPF), dearness allowance (DA) and other arrears of IAS/PCS officers.
Disclosing this here, an official spokesperson of the Personnel Department said that departmental heads have been told to submit data of monthly deduction under new pension scheme CPF, dearness allowance and other arrears of IAS/PCS officers appointed on or after January 1, 2004 from the date of their joining up till March 31, 2011, but some of the departments have yet not furnished the required information.
The spokesperson further said that departmental heads have been strictly asked to submit the requisite details to Deputy Director, Pension/New Pension Scheme, Tower No.4, Forest Complex, Sector-68, SAS Nagar besides one copy to Department of Personnel.
