INTACH Heritage Quiz – City Round at DRV DAV Centenary Public School
DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, successfully hosted the INTACH (Indian National Trust of Art and Culture Heritage) Heritage Quiz – City Round on 30th September. A total of 26 teams from various schools across Jalandhar and Beas competed in the event, showcasing their knowledge of Indian heritage and culture.
Jalandhar, October 1, 2024: DRV DAV Centenary Public School, Phillaur, successfully hosted the INTACH (Indian National Trust of Art and Culture Heritage) Heritage Quiz – City Round on 30th September. A total of 26 teams from various schools across Jalandhar and Beas competed in the event, showcasing their knowledge of Indian heritage and culture.
The event commenced with a written test, assessing the participants' knowledge of Indian heritage. Based on the performance, the top four teams progressed to the Oral Round. The Oral Round featured five stimulating rounds focusing on various aspects of heritage, including Indian Culture, Punjab Heritage, Jalandhar City Heritage, and INTACH's work in preserving historical legacies.Mr. Satish Kumar, the quiz master, whose expertise and engaging style added excitement to the competition.

Principal of the school, Dr Yogesh Gambhir felicitated the winners and stated that the quiz not only celebrated the heritage and culture of India but also encouraged young minds to appreciate the importance of preserving it for future generations.
