Chandigarh, January 10, 2019: Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Sponsored conference was held in University of Delhi on 8th & 9th January 2019. Professor Emeritus Jitendra Mohan, Department of Psychology, Panjab University Chandigarh delivered the keynote address on Mindfulness, Yoga & Health. Professor Mohan highlighted the continuity as well modernity in mindfulness & yoga as the unifying thread for enhancing health systems globally. He illustrated his presentation with research in psychology, neuroscience and healing. More than 200 delegates from USA. Canada, China, Japan,Australia and India participated in the conference. Professor Roy Moodley, Dr. Anusha Kasan, Professor David Smith, Professor Jeff Kling, Professor Abraham Khan, Professor Lena Robinson, Professor Kakkar, Professor Sehgal Professor Jena Professor Chirkov, Dr Ted lo ,Professor George and Dr Meetu Khosla presented their lectures & conducted workshops. Principal Professor Savita Roy directed the conference with Dr Meetu Khosla & Dr Rajni Sahni as organisers held this conference in Daulat Ram college, Delhi University Delhi .
