Inter Dips Sports Tournament started with Dips School Zone Competition
The Inter Dips Sports Tournament started with great enthusiasm in the ground of Dips School, Nurmahal. On the first day of the Zone-1 tournament, matches of Volleyball, Basketball and Kho-Kho were organized between the boys and girls team of four schools of Dips.
Jalandhar, October 18, 2022: The Inter Dips Sports Tournament started with great enthusiasm in the ground of Dips School, Nurmahal. On the first day of the Zone-1 tournament, matches of Volleyball, Basketball and Kho-Kho were organized between the boys and girls team of four schools of Dips. At the commencement of the tournament, Principal of Dips School Poonam Sharma and Principal of GB School Nurmahal Babli Negi welcomed the Chairperson of Dips Chain Jaswinder Kaur and CEO Monica Mandotra with flowers.
The first match in volleyball was played between Dips Nurmahal and Uggi in which Nurmahal's team won. The second match was played between the team of Mehtpur and GB Nurmahal, in which GB Nurmahal School was the winner. The third final round was played between Nurmahal and GB Nurmahal, in which dips Nurmahal's team won.
The first match in Kho-Kho was played between Nurmahal and Mehtpur in which Nurmahal won. The second match was played between Uggi and gb Nurmahal in which Uggi team was the winner. The third final round was played between Dips Uggi and Dips Nurmahal, in which Dips uggi won the match. Basketball match was played between GB Nurmahal and Dips Nurmahal team in which Dips Nurmahal team won.
On the first day of the zone tournament, the team of Dips School Nurmahal in Volleyball, Uggi School in Kho-Kho and Nurmahal in Basketball have made their place in the semi-finals. Tomorrow matches will be played between the schools of Zone-2 in the ground of Dips School Surranussi School. The winning teams in these zone matches will qualify for the semi-final and final rounds.
All these matches were held under the chairmanship of Manmohan Singh, Sports Manager of Dips Chain and Rajesh Kumar, Geeta Sharma, Lovepreet Kaur, Raghuveer Singh, Amardeep Singh and Keshav Chandra played the role of referees. CEO Monica Mandotra said that while motivating all the players, the winning teams likewise motivated them to perform well in the semi-finals and final matches. She said that this is an initiative from Dips Management's side to Khelega India Jeetega India. This will increase the enthusiasm of the students towards sports and they will become a good player for a country.
