International Day of Yoga celebrated at IKG PTU

Jalandhar/Kapurthala, June 21, 2023: I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) organized a three-hour "Yogshala" on the occasion of International Day of Yoga on Wednesday. This "Yogshala" was organized under the command of Student Welfare Department (SW) of the University.
Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Susheell Kumar Mittal congratulated everyone for this event. He instructed to motivate the students about the importance of health in student life on regular basis. Registrar Dr. S.K Misra appreciated the good work done by Dean Student Welfare Dr. Gaurav Bhargava and his team.
On this occasion, Dr. Bhargava inspired the students to adopt Yoga in their daily life. Yoga Guru Dheeraj Bhagat joined "Yogshala" as master trainer. University officers, faculty, students and staff all participated enthusiastically in this Yogshala.
