Dharamsala, January 19, 2022: Himachal Pradesh CM Jai Ram Thakur arrived at Dharamsala this morning via helicopter from Shimla to inaugurate development projects worth around Rs 250 crore in Dharamsala.
Replying to the media's quarry (Immediately on his arrival), over the charges of the congress leaders that majority of these projects are the gift to the area by the previous congress government, CM said, “It is the compulsion of the opposition to say this. Our government is working for the public and when few projects are completed during our tenure, it is the right of our government to inaugurate them.”
Earlier on Tuesday, Congress Party's National Secretary and former Minister Sudhir Sharma said that on completion of the four years' tenure, the Chief Minister of the BJP lead state government is coming to Dharamsala to count the development works of the previous government in his account and to cover up the stalled development of Dharamsala and its surrounding areas, including expansion and beautification of the Dhauladhar Hotel, Ropeway etc.
