Jalandhar, September 5, 2024: Ivy World School, Jalandhar under the aegis of the Vasal Education expressed gratitude to the teachers on the occasion of Teacher’s Day.
The special day was organized with incredible zeal by the students of Ivy World School. The teachers and students gathered in the auditorium in order to celebrate the Teachers’ Day. The auditorium was beautifully embellished with flowers and festoons. The Director Principal of the school S. Chauhan presided over the function by garlanding the portrait of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan to pay him homage. Like every year, a ‘Teeka Ceremony’ was organized to welcome the teachers at the entrance gate with flowers, chocolates etc. On the special day, the students performed activities like poem recital, role reversal, speeches etc. as tribute to their teachers. The Director Principal extolled the roles of teachers and acknowledged the sincere efforts they put in every day. The celebration reaffirmed the school's ethos of mutual respect and reminded everyone of the noble profession of teaching.
The President of Vasal Education, K K Vasal, The Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, The Vice President Ena Vasal, The CEO Raghav Vasal, and The Director, Aditi Vasal said that teachers play a major role in making their students responsible citizens of tomorrow and good human beings.
