Ivy World School celebrates 550th Prakash Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev Ji with religious fervour

Jalandhar, November 9, 2019: On the occasion of 550th Prakash Utsav of Guru Nanak Dev ji to seek the divine blessings Ivy World School under the aegis of Vasal Educational Society, set arrangements for ‘Sukhmani Sahib’ path under its roof. It began with the spiritual essence where the Principal, the staff members and the students gathered to pay homage to ‘The Guru Granth Sahib’. The air in the school was filled with the panorama of reverence and gratitude towards the eternal through the melodious shabads and gurbani presented by the students of the school. Later during the day students and the entire faculty were served with langar prashad. The Principal and the staff members along with the students took the opportunity of performing ‘sewa’ by distributing the langar prashad and washing utensils. The Chairman, Sh. K.K Vasal, Vasal Education Society, showered his blessings on the children to rise and shine with peace and harmony. The Director, Vasal Education Society, Mrs. Ena Vasal also graced the occasion with her benign presence to spread the message of oneness and advised the students to do Simran daily to improve concentration. The school Principal, Mrs. S. Chauhan also guided the students to follow the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev. The day avouched the presence of omniscient divinity to bestow everyone with its grace.
