Ivy World School celebrates Republic Day in Kindergarten Wing
The dance performances given by the tiny tots had a glimpse of unity in diversity
Jalandhar: On 26th January 1950, the Constitution of India came into force and our country, India became a Republic. We celebrate this day as a festival every year. This year too Republic day was celebrated with great pomp and show digitally.
Educators explained the importance of this special day followed by medley of patriotic songs , slogans and speeches by our little Ivyians. The dance performances given by the tiny tots had a glimpse of unity in diversity. Their performances helped them to understand the value of a free nation and the sacrifices our ancestors had given for the freedom of India.
Mrs.S. Chauhan, Principal, Ivy World School while addressing the children highlighted the significance of the day and made the children aware that the future of the country lies in their hands.
