Jalandhar, November 9, 2024:  Ivy World School, under the aegis of Vasal  Education  held a Capacity Enhancement Program (CEP) workshop aimed at empowering educators with advanced teaching strategies to enhance their skills and effectiveness. The interactive sessions focused on innovative practices and a holistic approach to student development, underlining the commitment of the District Education Office (DEO) to promoting educational excellence.

The faculty members engaged in dynamic learning sessions that highlighted innovative methods to inspire critical thinking and adaptability among students. With a mission to create a modern, inclusive educational environment across Punjab, the workshop emphasized the importance of character-building and preparing students for future challenges with resilience and empathy.

In one insightful session, Gopal discussed the real-world relevance of mathematics, demonstrating how math connects to the world around us and helps students see its practical applications in daily life. In another session, Meena spoke on the importance of Punjabi language and Environmental Studies, focusing on cultural roots and environmental awareness to help students deepen their understanding of heritage and surroundings.

The President of Vasal Education, KK Vasal, The Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, The Vice President Ena Vasal, The CEO Mr. Raghav Vasal and The Director Aditi Vasal expressed strong support for the Punjab government’s focus on primary education and praised CEP's progressive vision. 

The Chairman commended the educators for prioritizing foundational subjects, highlighting how understanding mathematics, language, and environmental awareness shapes well-rounded individuals. He encouraged teachers to continue creating learning experiences that resonate with students' daily lives and foster appreciation for cultural diversity.

The Director Principal conveyed her belief that initiatives like CEP not only strengthen students' connections to their roots but also motivate them to excel academically while staying grounded in their communities.
