Jalandhar, August 24, 2024: Ivy World School, under the aegis of the Vasal Education organised “Janamashtami Celebration”.
The celebration of Janmashtami honors the vanquishment of evil forces and the end of darkness. Students dressed up as Krishna's childhood friends and playmates for a Janmashtami celebration. Young Ivyians were dressed in traditional attire to establish the mood for Janmashtami. As Lord Krishna has always been a charmer since childhood and is renowned for winning everyone over, the Ivyians gave exquisite performances to the dance tunes, recited songs, and recounted succinct biographies of Krishna's life. Ivyians enjoyed an amazing cosmic journey.
The celebration extended with a Special assembly . The assembly featured two skits—one set in Gokul Dham, showcasing a heartwarming interaction between Yashoda Manya and Krishna, and another depicting the enduring friendship between Krishna and Sudama. The event also included a soulful choir performance and concluded with a mesmerizing dance by the girls, dedicated to Lord Krishna.
The President of Vasal education, K K Vasal, the Chairman Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, the Vice President Ena Vasal , the CEO Raghav Vasal and the Director, Aditi Vasal all wished Ivyian family a very Happy Krishna Janmashtami.
The Principal and the Faculty thanked parents for their support and cooperation, and emphasized the importance of this joyous occasion.
