Jewellery Making Workshop organised at GHSC-10
On the second day of ongoing Tex Style Week Celebrations, Government Home Science College organised an inspiring workshop on jewellery in collaboration with Pidilite, Chandigarh. The workshop provided students with a wonderful opportunity to explore the art of jewellery design and craftsmanship.

Chandigarh, September 11, 2024: On the second day of ongoing Tex Style Week Celebrations, Government Home Science College organised an inspiring workshop on jewellery in collaboration with Pidilite, Chandigarh. The workshop provided students with a wonderful opportunity to explore the art of jewellery design and craftsmanship.
Piyushapriya from Pidilite, introduced students with various techniques and tools used in jewellery making using fevicryl mouldit epoxy compound. Furthermore, students learnt different skills used to make handcrafted jewellery.
Principal of the college, Prof Sudha Katyal applauded the efforts of the department and also encouraged students to participate in such workshops so as to hone their entrepreneurial skills.
