Sharing her joy of playing Goddess Parvati, Jiya Chauhan says, “I and thrilled to explore the mythology genre all over again. In Santoshi Maa Sunaye Vrat Kathayein, I will be playing Goddess Parvati after a long time. I have been following the show, and it feels good to know that I have been given a wonderful opportunity to play such a strong role. Having lost touch with the genre, I have been reading devotional kathas to get a grip on the language along with frequent meditation sessions to bring about the required calmness in character. It is challenging but at the same time satisfying to play a Goddess on-screen, and with regular practice, I plan to master it all over again.”
