Ferozepur, January 10, 2013: The District Sessions Judge, Ferozepur Fatehdeep Singh, announced the judgment sentencing three rape accused to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on each of them in case registered on October 10, 2010.
The incident took place on September 16, 2010, when the victim was reportedly kidnapped from her house at Balleywala village by Kuldeep Singh and Hardeep Singh (both real brothers), residents of the same village and Surinder Singh, a resident of Peer Ke village.
All the three took the girl to an abandoned Army bunker and raped her. The matter was reported to the police and a case was registered against Kuldeep Singh, Hardeep Singh and Surinder Singh on October 10, 2010.
