Kagaay Co-founder, Swapna More co-organises book launch of ‘Letters to Mothers’ with BJP Spokesperson Shweta Shalini
Published by Harper Collins, the book is an English translation of Sakshi Bhaav, a book written by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Gujarati language
Mumbai: Swapna More, the Co-Founder of Kagaay and Director of Communities of Women in Leadership Community, along with BJP spokesperson Shweta Shalini recently co-organised the book launch event of Letters to Mothers by Padma Shri Bhawana Somaaya.
Held on 29 December 2020 at Raj Bhavan in Malabar hills, the event was attended by Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari and a total of 40 women leaders from various sectors of life. The Governor of Maharashtra, along with other Chief Guests of the event, launched the book and spoke about his journey, role of women, especially the role of mother in his life as well as in everyone’s life.
Also sharing her thoughts at the event was Shweta Shalini, Official Bharatiya Janata Party Spokesperson and Chief Evangelist of Women in Leadership Community. “Aristotle had said, Character is a thing of practice. We become what we repeatedly do. Shri Narendra Modi's book "Letters to Mother" is for everyone who wants to build a character filled with nationalism, pride, dedication and commitment”, she said.
Bhawana Somaaya, the author of the book said, ‘To have my book released at the hands of Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari, Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra at Raj Bhavan is indeed a special moment.’
A women leader in her own right and Co-Founder of Kāgaay, India's first technology-driven gamified realty sales enablement platform, Swapna More stated, ‘It was a great honour and pleasure to share the stage with Shri Bhagat Singh Koshyari and Bhawana Somaaya.
