Kalia demands Indian Citizenship to Pakistan Hindu

Jalandhar, August  14, 2012: BJP National Executive Member and  party’s Punjab Spokesman  Manoranjan Kalia has demanded from the Union Government to grant citizenship to all those Hindus who have come from Pakistan and wanted to stay in India or demand citizenship .

In a statement here today, Kalia said that the Hindus are in minority in Pakistan and they are in dilemma in regard to there security, safety.

He has further demanded that U.N. and International Human Rights Commission should monitor the safety and security of the Hindus in Pakistan as it is monitoring in Jammu and Kashmir who are in minority.

Adding, he said that after Independence, Hindus in Pakistan were about Thirteen percent but not the percentage has squeezed to mere 2%.
