Jalandhar: Former Minister Punjab Manoranjan Kalia today paid floral tributes at his residence on the 104th Birth Anniversary of Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya.
Kalia said that he was one of the founders of Bharatiya Jan Sangh. Pandit Deendayal Upadhayaya propounded the principle of “Integral Humanism".
