Kheda Watan Punjab Diyan to transform Punjab into a sporting powerhouse- Tarunpreet Singh Sond

Khanna (Ludhiana), September 5: MLA Tarunpreet Singh Sond stated that Kheda Watan Punjab Diyan has brought a new revolution by providing a major platform to youngsters to exhibit their talents in sports. 

Addressing the youth during the second day of Kheda Watan Punjab Diyan in Khanna, Sond mentioned that the AAP government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is committed to giving a positive direction to the energy of the youth by holding annual games, and the sporting extravaganza will transform Punjab into a sporting powerhouse. He also pointed out that the record participation of millions of players in Khedan Watan Punjab Diyan during previous editions proved that if given the opportunity, Punjabi youth can do wonders in sports. 

Sond also spoke about how healthy competition gives positive energy to youth and motivates them to move ahead. Later, he also met the players and officials from the administration and the Sports department.
