KMV celebrates Anti- Terrorism Day
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) celebrated Anti- Terrorism Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. The celebrations were jointly organised by NCC & KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School with the aim of making the younger generation aware of the challenges arising out of terrorism.
Jalandhar, May 21, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) celebrated Anti- Terrorism Day with full zeal and enthusiasm. The celebrations were jointly organised by NCC & KMV Collegiate Sr. Sec. School with the aim of making the younger generation aware of the challenges arising out of terrorism.
On this occasion, various competitions like slogan writing and poster making were organised in which the students participated with great enthusiasm. Apart from this, a rally was also organised in which students while presenting their views on reprehensible activities like terrorism and violence, also spread awareness about working unitedly with the government in the society for their prevention.
Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi addressing on this occasion encouraged everyone to spread maximum awareness in the society on such challenging subjects so that the sense of responsibility could be explained to the younger generation. She lauded the efforts of Dr. Madhumeet, Dean, Student Welfare, Veena Deepak Coordinator, K.M.V. Collegiate Sr. Sec. School, Anand Prabha, Incharge, K.M.V. Collegiate Sr. Sec. School and Sufalica, Incharge, N.C.C. for successfully organising the event.
