KMV celebrates National Space Day with full zeal and enthusiasm

This prestigious event highlighted the institution's commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and public awareness. The day featured an impressive array of student projects and posters, including a detailed 3D model of the Chandrayaan-3 mission, which illustrated its landing sequence and scientific goals. A captivating poster on the Mars Rover missions showcased its exploration of Martian terrain and key discoveries. Additional projects included a simulation of the International Space Station’s orbital dynamics and a detailed presentation on satellite communication, emphasizing its role in global positioning and weather forecasting. The students' presentations not only highlighted their knowledge and enthusiasm for space science but also showcased their ability to engage with complex scientific concepts. The event served as an important platform for promoting the study of space and encouraging future scientific exploration.
The event was graced by the presence of Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi. She averred that this celebration not only honored National Space Day but also reinforced KMV’s role in promoting space science and education. She further maintained that this celebration reflected the institution's dedication to fostering scientific curiosity and education. She lauded the efforts of Dr Neetu Verma, Head, PG Department of Physics for successfully organising the celebrations.
