KMV celebrates Pi Approximation Day

Jalandhar, August 1, 2023: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) celebrated Pi Approximation Day. The celebrations were organised by PG Department of Mathematics. The theme of the day was “Playing with Maths”. In order to fulfil this event, Sudoku: The Mind Game was organised in which 50 Students from B.Sc (Hons.) Maths, B.A/B.Sc. (Non-Med/C.Sc/Eco.), M.Sc(Maths) and KMV Collegiate participated with full zeal and enthusiasm.
The competition was conducted for three different levels for the students.
Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students on their brilliant achievement. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of PG Department of Mathematics for successfully organising the event.
