KMV Collegiate School organizes a Motivational Lecture on Utility of Sanskrit in Modern Perspective

Jalandhar, May 17, 2019: KMV Collegiate Sen. Sec. School, Jalandhar’s Department of Sanskrit organized a motivational lecture on Utility of Sanskrit in Modern Perspective. Dr.Vishal Bhardwaj, Head, Department of Sanskrit, Hindu College, Amritsar was the guest speaker.
In his discourse Dr.Vishal Bhardwaj threw light on the importance and utility of sanskrit language in present scenario. He addressed Sanskrit language as a summary of many Indian languages. A video conferencing session was organized in which Dr. Ashutosh Angrirath, Sanatan Dharam College, Ambala Cantt., Haryana highlighted the concepts of vedic mathematics and computational Sanskrit. Ms. Dimple, a student of Sanskrit department of KMV showcased her work on e-projects, PPTs, Bio linguistic dictionary.
The Principal of the college Prof Atima Sharma Dwivedi extended her gratitude towards the guest speaker and lauded the efforts of Dr. Neeraj Sharma, Head, Department of Sanskrit. Dr. Madhumeet, Mrs. Veena Deepak and Ms. Rajni Marwaha along with other teachers of the school were present on the occasion.
