KMV initiates fit KMV campaign online
Students posts videos of doing rope skipping to motivate people
Jalandhar: During this period of lockdown, the students of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (KMV) are still actively involved in the sports activities in their homes. KMVites have joined campaign of promoting 'Fit India' movement during the lockdown. Students have uploaded their videos doing the rope skip exercise and have encouraged people to spend some time on exercise which will boost their health and immunity. KMVites have taken up the endeavor, and have posted their videos on the social media handles to send the larger message of beating the coronavirus. They have started Fit KMV Campaign Online # KMV Cares.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that in order to prevent coronavirus people are staying at home but working online. It is important that people do not forget about maintaining their fitness while at home. Rope Skipping is very easy exercise and every one should do this exercise or any other type of exercise in order to boost up their immunity and health so that we Indians should be able to fight against COVID-19 strongly & stay united.
