KMV organises banner march to celebrate the 79th anniversary of Quit India Movement
Principal lauded the efforts of Department of NCC for organising this march successfully
Jalandhar: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya organised a banner march to mark the 79th anniversary of Quit India Movement. The banner march was organised by the NCC cadets of KMV in which all the staff members participated with full zeal and enthusiasm. Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi apprise the NCC cadets about the importance of Quit India Movement. She averred that Quit India Movement was an important historic game changing event that revolutionised Indian political scenario and had a deep impact on world politics that will be remembered for generations to come. She further maintained that as Kanya Maha Vidyalaya had played an important role in India’s freedom struggle it was all the more important that this banner march was being organised by the cadets of KMV. Principal lauded the efforts of Department of NCC for organising this march successfully.
