KMV organises educational trip to Ludhiana Beverages Limited
The objective of the visit was to give industrial exposure to the students
Jalandhar, May 29, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always makes consistent efforts to enhance the practical skills and knowledge of the students. In continuation with this practice, PG Department of Commerce and Business Administration organised an industrial visit to Ludhiana Beverages Limited, Una Road, Hoshiarpur. The objective of the visit was to give industrial exposure to the students of B.Com (Pass), B.Com (Honours) and B.B.A in order to familiarise them with production and packaging process and marketing strategies followed by the company.
The Staff of Ludhiana Beverages Ltd. Comprising Dinesh Thakur (Plant Head), Himanshu, Shashi Kumar, Shrishti, Jhankaar and Megha acquainted the students with history of company, the quality assurance policy, safety policy and wide range of products through a power point presentation. Then, they were given practical exposure through visit to different divisions where manufacturing and packaging process was going on. Students found this visit very informative and interesting.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded the efforts of Dr. Neeraj Maini, Head PG Dept. of Commerce and the faculty for having organised such a fruitful Educational Tour for the holistic development of the students.
