In continuation of the efforts, the online radio channel ‘VOW’ (Voice of Women) of KMV is successfully touching new horizons with its quality based content by touching various social issues & is also spreading awareness about COVID-19 & its precautions in the society. Throwing more light on it, Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students who have played a pivotal role in dealing with various social issues through the very popular on-line medium. She maintained that Radio VOW has been actively and relevantly touching upon various social, economic and cultural topics & maintained that VOW which stands for Voice of Women has given much space to the woman issues. She averred that online media is the best way of connecting with the youth who have a great craze for this medium. She further maintained that the best thing about VOW Radio is that the students prepare the content themselves and the students themselves are the RJs. The programs that are broadcasted on Radio VOW are Fact Shalla, Know Yourself, Vox Spoke, She Talk, Screen Time & Lifestyle Trends. It is important to mention that the PG Department of Journalism & Mass Communication of KMV is fully equipped with the state-of-the-art video & audio studios with latest video & audio equipments such as DSLR cameras, video cameras, editing suite, audio console etc. for the practical exposure of the students.
