KMV Senior under officer Shweta Rana honoured for participating in parade at Kartavya Path during Republic Day parade at New Delhi

In this series, Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi felicitated Shweta Rana, Senior Under Officer, for making the institution proud by parading on the Kartavya Path during the Republic Day Parade at New Delhi.
Jalandhar, February 7, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) NCC cadets have been making the proud with their stellar performances in various events. In this series, Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi felicitated Shweta Rana, Senior Under Officer, for making the institution proud by parading on the Kartavya Path during the Republic Day Parade at New Delhi.
It is noteworthy that NCC cadet Shweta Rana was the only cadet to be selected from her Unit 2 Pb(G), BN Jal for the camp as she represented Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh Directorate during the camp. It was due to the brilliant performance of Shweta in 10 different camps held over a period of about 3 months that she was selected for the Republic Day Parade in New Delhi.
Taking this achievement further, Shweta Rana commanded the parade and got a golden opportunity to salute the Prime Minister Narendra Modi. It is pertinent to mention that Shweta Rana has also participated in many national level camps like rock climbing, trekking & army attachment camp etc. with full vigour and enthusiasm. Shweta expressed her gratitude towards the proper guidance provided by the nationalist institution KMV and Principal for grooming and chiseling her personality for her future life.
Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated Shweta Rana on her special achievement and inspired her to serve the country by becoming an officer in Indian Army in the future. She lauded the efforts of NCC Department of KMV for providing proper guidance and mentoring to all the cadets. Commanding Officer 2 Pb(G), BN Jal Col. Maninder Singh Sachdeva also congratulated Shweta Rana on her special achievement.
