KMV successfully commences Summer Classes - Free of Cost Skill Enhancement Classes
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) successfully commenced free of cost summer classes in order to make the holiday time of students more creative & informative so that they can channelise their energy in creative purposes.
Jalandhar, June 11, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) successfully commenced free of cost summer classes in order to make the holiday time of students more creative & informative so that they can channelise their energy in creative purposes.
Various departments of the college namely PG Department of English, PG Department of Fine Arts, PG Department of Computer Science and Applications, Department of Dance, PG Department of Fashion Designing, PG Department of Music as well as Department of Animation, Department of Hospitality & Tourism etc. running under DDU Kaushal Kendra has organised various activities for the students of the college as well as outside students. It is pertinent to mention that more than 150 girls participated in the summer classes. The classes has been divided into two groups, first group will commence at 10:00 am and will have sessions on music, graphic designing, art & craft and spoken english, whereas the second group will commence at 11:00 am and it will have sessions on resin art, dance, ICT skills, pasta and Indian gravy making etc. Interested students can opt for any one class from each group.
Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi averred that every year summer classes are organised by KMV with the idea of providing a perfect platform to the creativity of the students and to expand the circle of their knowledge. She further maintained that this summer classes will surely be able to provide a great increase in the knowledge of the students while getting high level information.
Principal lauded the efforts of the whole organising committee for the successful organisation of the summer classes. Madam Principal lauded the efforts of Dr Madhumeet, Dean, Department of Student Welfare and the whole organising committee for successfully organising the summer classes.
