KMV successfully concludes two-week long FDP on Best Practices in Research and Innovations 

Jalandhar, December 18, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) is committed to nurturing and empowering its faculty to become global thought leaders. The institution provides a dynamic platform for faculty members to enhance both their personal and professional competencies. By doing so, KMV contributes to the creation, development, global dissemination of knowledge and fostering an environment where faculty can thrive as leaders in their respective fields. This commitment underscores KMV's vision of academic excellence and its role in shaping educators who influence the global knowledge landscape. In the series, KMV successfully concluded a two week long Faculty Development Program dedicated to Best Practices in Research and Innovations related to syllabi upgradation for Employability. 

This FDP was chaired and monitored by Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi. The program at KMV offered a unique opportunity for faculty members across all 34 departments to present and discuss their research and innovative teaching practices. The central aim of the program was to engage participants in exploring a diverse range of research innovations and teaching methodologies, particularly those that integrate the Indian knowledge system into the curriculum. 

Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi emphasized that investing in the professional development of faculty members is essential for achieving academic excellence at KMV. She highlighted that this Faculty Development Program (FDP) will create a lasting, valuable network of shared knowledge, which will continue to benefit the KMV academic community and enhance its collective growth.
