Jalandhar, November 23, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) has been striving tirelessly for the holistic growth of students. The College has a sustained record of Excellence in Placements due to the untiring and ceaseless efforts by the Placement Cell. 

The students have been successfully recruited by various leading companies like Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, TCS, Intelliseeds, HDFC Bank, Aptech, Kotak Mahindra, Accenture, Lenskart, IBM, HCL, WNS, Radisson, Vedantu, Cue Maths, Network Intelligence and many more. Keeping this trend, a Placement cum Internship Awareness Drive was organized for technical roles – Digital Marketing Experts, Android App Developer, UI/UX Designer, Full Stack Intern, Software Tester and IOS Developer, offered by O7 Services/Solutions/Coder Roots for the offices of Chandigarh/Mohali and Jalandhar. These roles were offered to the students of Computer Science and Applications department. 

The resource persons for the drive were Gurminder Singh and Mohit Rajput. They acquainted the students about their company through a Presentation highlighting the software they deal in and Mohit also explained the selection procedure in detail. Then the students were instructed to choose the domain and appear for an online test. After the results of online test, personal interviews were conducted and twelve students were selected by the experts. The students will soon be joining the respective offices. 

Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi inspired the students to actively participate in all placement drives and avail of the opportunities provided to them on the campus. She lauded the efforts of Dr. Suman Khurana, Dean Placement Cell  for successfully organising the drive.
