KMVites bag inter-school kho-kho district championship trophy

Jalandhar, September 22, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya Collegiate Sr.Sec.School Kho-Kho players have exhibited immense excellence by winning Inter-School District Tournament for the 10th time in succession. KMV Collegiate team defeated Government School, Adarsh Nagar in the finals by a score of 3-1and 3-3. Six girls have also been selected for the state meet. It is important to mention that KMV Collegiate team will further participate in Punjab State Championship. Principal Prof.(Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the victorious champs and the sports faculty comprising Ashoo Bajaj & Dr. Davinder. She averred that players at KMV are provided many facilities which include free education, hostel, mess & transport facilities. They avail a lot from state of the art infrastructure comprising Gymnasium, Health Club, Swimming Pool and sprawling play grounds. She wished all the Champions a very bright and brilliant future and also averred that KMV will continue to support them in all their upcoming ventures. The members of the winning team are Priya, Rajni, Suman, Dilpreet, Ritika, Harpreet, Sarabjit, Navdeep, Sandeep and Kirandeep.
