KMVites bag top positions in online International Ramanujan quiz
More than 250 students from different parts of the world participate in this international quiz organised by KMV

Jalandhar, March 19, 2025: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) PG Department of Mathematics organized an online International quiz competition on the life and achievements of S. Ramanujan. Students from 10 different states of India and 5 countries participated in this quiz competition.
More than 250 students from New Zealand, England, Philippines, UK, Noida, Mumbai, U.P, Jaipur, Chennai, Meerut, Azamgarh & Punjab attempted the quiz with full enthusiasm. Bandi-anon from San Pedro National High School, City of St. Tomas, Batangas, Philippines, Cyan Amiel M. Malipol from San Pedro National High School, San Vicente, St. Tomas City, Batangas, Philippines, Ayush Sharma from Hansraj College, India, Vaibhav Kapoor from Hansraj College, New Delhi, Nishu from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Kirubalani. B from Shri Krishna swamy College For Women, Chennai, Arshdeep kaur from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Alisha Sharma from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Tahir from First Grade college & PG Centre Chintamani from Chintamani, Varun B from GFGC and PG centre Chintamani, Yashwanth V from Bengaluru North University, Chintamani, Kabir Pradhan from Lovely Professional University, Phagwara and Harsh Kumar from Panjab University, Chandigarh got 100 out of 100 marks.
Principal Prof Dr Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the students on their brilliant achievement. She averred that these kind of competitions provide a great platform to all the students who want to showcase their talent. She lauded the efforts of Veena Deepak, Head, PG Department of Mathematics and other faculty members of Mathematics department for successfully guiding the students.
