These KMVites are now recognised among top 1000 students of the nation. These students will appear in the next level i.e. the Preliminary round which will be conducted by the Anveshikas. Anveshikas are centres for promoting experiment-based Physics learning. There are 26 Anveshikas in India under National Anveshika Network of India (NANI), a unit of Indian Association of Physics Teachers, depending on the location of the school/college. The Preliminary round of this test focuses more on performing experiments and analysing the data by the participants. There are various prizes for the participants such as, participation certificate for eligible students participating in screening based on their performance.
Principal Prof. Dr.Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the winners and wished them best of luck for their better future. She averred that experiments are an integral part of science. History shows how careful observations and suitably designed experiments have changed the course of human development in all aspects. These students have learned various concepts of physics with the help of innovative experiments. These real-life experiments will help to enhance the problem-solving skills of students and to develop their thought process related to physical phenomena.
