KMV’s Bio-Technology students excel in industrial training
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) students from the Department of Bio-Technology completed industrial training at esteemed institutions, including National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Verka Milk Plant, CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology, Nestlé India, and Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences.
Jalandhar, September 15, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) students from the Department of Bio-Technology completed industrial training at esteemed institutions, including National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar, Verka Milk Plant, CSIR-Institute of Himalayan Bioresource Technology, Nestlé India, and Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences.
During their training, they gained hands-on experience in plant tissue culture, molecular biology techniques, dairy industry processes, and immunological assays. This practical training not only enhanced their technical skills but also provided them with real-world insights crucial for their future careers.
Principal Prof. (Dr.) Atima Sharma Dwivedi expressed her admiration for the students' dedication and accomplishments during these training sessions. She also commended the Bio-Technology Department for its effective organization and coordination of these valuable experiences, acknowledging their significant contribution to the students' overall development and preparedness for professional challenges.
