Jalandhar, October 5, 2022: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) always strive to empower students so that they may be able to compete in this highly competitive world. In a new achievement, NCC Cadet of KMV Sgt. Yashika Sharma has made KMV proud by attending National Level All India Thal Sena Camp 2022 from Jalandhar group. During the camp she represented the Directorate to brief the commanding office of the camp regarding the line area. Chosen for SSB group discussion and interview from the Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh, Sgt. Yashika also participated in obstacles, tent pitching and health and hygiene competition at group level and represented Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh Directorate at Delhi.
Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma congratulated Sgt. Yashika on her brilliant achievement. She averred that such trainings are a vital part of holistic education imparted at KMV. She lauded the efforts of Department of NCC for providing such opportunities to the cadets. CO Col. Narinder Toor congratulated Sgt. Yashika for her excellent performance in the training camp.
