KMV’s NCC cadets perform brilliantly at Ek Bharat Shreshthta Bharat camp held at Odisha
Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) NCC Cadet U/O Harshita Gurung and Sgt Rama Mishra got the golden opportunity to attend the Ek Bharat Shreshthta Bharat camp at Odisha. They were the only army cadets from 2PB(G)BN NCC Jalandhar to attend the camp.

Jalandhar, October 8, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) NCC Cadet U/O Harshita Gurung and Sgt Rama Mishra got the golden opportunity to attend the Ek Bharat Shreshthta Bharat camp at Odisha. They were the only army cadets from 2PB(G)BN NCC Jalandhar to attend the camp.
The camp was held at Army Air Defence Centre, Gopalpur, Odisha. During the camp, cadets got the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the specific state they were camping in, its heritage, history, development activities, socio economic problems, social customs and traditions and during the duration of the camp they also visited several historical places.
Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi appreciated the trainings which were a vital part of holistic education. She lauded the Department of NCC for working zealously to come up with a variety of opportunities and activities everyday so that girls can emerge as the future leaders of the Nation.
Col. Maninder Singh Sachdev, Commanding Officer, 2 PB (G) Bn NCC Jalandhar also congratulated the cadets for this brilliant achievement.
