Jalandhar, February 20, 2024: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) student Simran Kaur and Kamalpreet Kaur secured a gold medal in the 7th Rocball Federation Cup Tournament, adding another feather to the cap of Kanya Maha Vidyalaya held in Panipat, Haryana. Their outstanding performance not only earned them the gold medal but also illuminated the name of the institution.
Principal Prof. Dr. Atima Sharma Dwivedi congratulated the meritorious students for this special achievement, encouraging them to set new benchmarks for success in the future. She highlighted that the institution provides free education, boarding, lodging, transportation, open-air gym, swimming pool, modern gymnasium, health club, and extensive playgrounds to all student-athletes, enabling them to establish themselves at the national and international levels. She lauded the efforts of Dr. Davinder Singh and Manpreet Kaur for ensuring the students receive appropriate mentorship.
