Kolor Champ 2023 ---Art Competition winners announced
Four Kids emerged Champions for their imaginative drawings on the theme “My Happiest Day at School”
Hyderabad, July 31, 2023: Globalart today declared winners of ‘KOLOR CHAMP 2023, ’ a Unique Art Competition held in the city on Sunday in which 450 kids of 5 to 15 years competed for top honours.
The four champions are as follows Group A champion is Siddanth Vivaan Jeksani, 1st grade student from Sanskriti the School. The Group B champion is, Ananya Sanyal, 5 th grade student from Future Kids School; Group C Champion is Jeevana Sahasra, a Class-7 student for Fitzee and Group D Champion is Ishitha Regidi of 10th Section student from Sadhu Vaswani International School.
The kids have drawn imaginative drawings on the theme “My Happiest Day at School” which was announced on the spot. Children depending on their age group and category were supposed to imagine the theme and draw a painting or an artistic imagination in one hour forty-five minutes to 2 hours forty-five minutes.
450 young children, in the age groups of 5 to 15 years competed in the 5th Regional Competition of ‘Kolor Camp 2023’. The participants of this competition will go on to compete nationally, in a nationwide competition to be held later in the year. This competition was held physically after a gap of four years.
Responding to the theme and his painting Category A Champion Siddanth Vivaan Jeksani said my school is colourful. And depicted the same in my drawing.
Group B champion, Ananya Sanyal, a 5th-grade student from Future Kids School said all days in my school are special. I get to play with my friends. I love cricket. I painted the same.
The Group C Champion Jeevana Sahasra, a Class-7 student for Fitzee said the beauty of my school is fun and a lot for frolic activities. Even learning is a pleasure
Group D Champion Ishitha Regidi of 10th Section student from Sadhu Vaswani International School I can't imagine one day. All days of my school life are the happiest days. I have painted myself and my friends and having fun in school.
Friends, sports, fun, learning and bagless days make me happy at School, said Akash.
Addressing kids at the inauguration, Dinesh Victor said, Art teaches kids the most important quality of being patient. One should have the patience to see complete art. Unfortunately, the current generation doesn’t have patience. They look for instant results, he said. Patience improves kids' ability to accept setbacks and enjoy life much more. “Good things come to those who wait, he said.
Globalart is a complete, systematic, and efficient art program aimed to develop the creative and artistic potential of children. The thoroughly researched and structured syllabus aims to provide children with formal yet child-friendly art training using creative challenges.
Extracurricular activities are as important as studies to the current generation of students. Parents also realised this fact during the pandemic.
