Ludhiana, March 11, 2023: Today Gurmeet Singh Kular has been elected unopposed the President of Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization (FICO) for the Third Consecutive Term.
The Presiding cum Returning Officer Varinder Kumar Sharma Director of MSME Development and Facilitation Office of Punjab, and Assistant Returning Officer Gurpal Singh Zonal General Manager, NSIC Limited Ludhiana, declared Gurmeet Singh Kular as the elected unopposed President of FICO for the third consecutive term 2023-2028 at MSME Development and Facilitation Office, Opposite Sangeet Cinema, Ludhiana.
FICO initiated its Endeavour of Value creation for Ludhiana Industry in 2013, having affiliated more than 37 Trade Associations, Serving more than 2488 Members from all over India. With Objective to empower trade & Industry by Inculcating Knowledge that will be the catalyst of Growth in the Barrier-free technology driven Global Market & to help them upscale, align and emerge as formidable player in respective Segments.
Under the leadership of Gurmeet Singh Kular FICO has been awarded the Most Responsible Organization of India by Foundation of MSME Clusters and Niti Aayog twice in year 2019 & 2022.
