Ludhiana, January 14 , 2013:Aviva Life Insurance along with its micro insurance partner BASIX, kicked off an awareness road show ‘Khushiyaan di Gaddi’ through a mobile activation Van . Through the road show, Aviva and BASIX aim to reach out to about10,000 customers and prospective customers in close to 100 villages around Patiala, Ludhiana and Jalandhar.
As a part of the road show, an Aviva branded van will go to the villages and engage with people through interactive activities like ‘Colour My Dreams’, ‘Wheel of Fortune’ and ‘Paint My Future’. Aviva will also give away exciting prizes to the winners. The main objective of the van will be to spread financial literacy and educate people about the importance of life insurance and the kind of security blanket it can provide in times of need. Aviva and BASIX have also sought the support of the village Sarpanch for the activity, which will help them pull and influence a large crowd.
This road show is the latest in the series of road shows that Aviva launched in Punjab and Uttaranchal earlier in 2011 and Maharashtra in 2012 which received phenomenal response from the locals.
