Launch of Enactus Website and certificate distribution event organised by Enactus Team of Panjab University
Enactus team of Panjab University celebrated and hosted a special event to distribute certificates to the cabinet members of 2022-2023 session, who had selflessly dedicated themselves to the organization over the past more than three years. Chandigarh: Enactus team of Panjab University celebrated and hosted a special event to distribute certificates to the cabinet members of 2022-2023 session, who had selflessly dedicated themselves to the organization over the past more than three years. Their sincere efforts played a pivotal role in achieving the organization's mission and goals, conveyed Prof. Seema Kapoor, Faculty Advisor of Enactus Panjab University.
During the event, the website of Enactus team was unveiled by Prof. Jatinder Grover, Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University in the presence of Prof. Naresh Kumar, Associate Dean Student Welfare, staff of DSW office and Enactus team members. The website will serve as a hub for information, updates and initiatives related to Enactus SSBUICET, a student chapter of non-profit social entrepreneurship international organization. The website has been carefully built and curated byJaidev Singh Naroo, team’s Creative Head and will enable the organization to further engage with its members, partners and the community at large, told Shubham Dhiman, President of Enactus team.
Prof. Jatinder Grover commended the outstanding contributions of Enactus team to the community and applauded the dedication of the 2022-2023 Enactus Cabinet. He averred that Enactus team has consistently demonstrated the power of student-driven initiatives in bringing about the positive change. Prof. Naresh said that the whole PU fraternity is immensely proud of the dedication and commitment shown by Enactus team members and this event is a testament to their hard work.
Prof. Anupama Sharma, Chairperson of Dr.SSBUICET congratulated all the students for their yeoman service towards the society and said that Enactus members have been consistently working for uplifting communities and making them financially independent. This work will make them not only more responsible citizens but also develop empathy towards societal and national issues.
Shubham concluded the evening by expressing gratitude and excitement for the organization's future endeavors. He said that the previous cabinet members have set a remarkable example of dedication and passion and as we move forward, we are committed to upholding their legacy and continuing our mission to create a better, more sustainable world through social entrepreneurship.
