LBA maintains its winning campaign in 73rd Senior Punjab Basketball Championship (Boys and Girls)
The 73rd Senior Punjab Basketball Championship (Boys and Girls) being played in memory of Arjuna Awardee Gurdayal Singh Malhi at village Gurhe witnessed a very lively competition on the second day today. This championship will be played till March 23, here.

Teja Singh Dhaliwal, General Secretary of the Punjab Basketball Association said that Ludhiana Basketball Academy (LBA) maintained its winning campaign in both categories.
He said that in the boys' category, Ludhiana Academy defeated Amritsar by 81-62 points and Jalandhar defeated Hoshiarpur by 71-65 points. Similarly, in the girls' category, Ludhiana Basketball Academy defeated District Ludhiana by 62-51 points and Amritsar defeated Sangrur by 80-54 points.
On this occasion, besides others, Sukhjit Singh Virk, former Sarpanch Sohan Singh, Jarnail Singh, Virpal Singh, Hardeep Singh, Narinderpal Singh, Aman Khaira and others were present.
It is to be mentioned that Arjana awardee Gurdayal Singh Malhi belonged to village Gurhe. Teams from different districts and academies are participating in this championship.
