Chandigarh, April 26, 2024: The Department of Library and Information Science, Panjab University, Chandigarh, on Friday successfully organized lectures on World IPR – Intellectual Property Rights day.
Dr. Shiv Kumar, Assistant Professor of the department gave his views on IPR and SDGS and also enlightened the students about the importance of the intellectual property rights and how they affect the current academic scenarios. He also emphasized on the relevance of adhering the copyright laws. Students also presented their views on the world IP day and how intellectual property rights play a major role in the library environment and effects the librarianship to a great extent.
