LGC Students carrying social responsibility Campaign Against Drug Abuse & female feticide

Ludhiana, April 9, 2016: Students of Ludhiana Group of Colleges have taken a responsibility on their shoulder to eradicate ills drugs & female feticide from our society. To carry forward this mission they have prepared a “Nukked Natak” & play in so many villages of Ludhiana in Kaunke Kalan, Sidhwan Kalan, Talwandi Khurd, Mohie, More-Karima, Jagraon, Kamalpura, Mandiyani, Threekey & Leelan Megh Singh in coordination with Sarpanches & Punches of villages. Everywhere these students have been applauded for bringing the reality of these ills and how these are spoiling families’ and the best part of this play is how this can be stopped with the intervention and guidance of government policies. Students have received bundles of thanks from the villagers and this show has been an eye opener for the young generation also.
Students of Ludhiana Group of Colleges, Chaukimann have been appreciated for such great work by Mrs. Parminder Kaur CDPO Urban –I, Ludhiana and S. Bahadhur Singh CDPO Urban –II and they gave good wishes for their success in this mission.
