Chandigarh, February 14, 2024: The Department of French and Francophone Studies, P.U. in collaboration with Alliance Française Chandigarh hosted a literary seminar and welcomed three distinguished writers, Pierre Bordage, Carina Rozenfeld and Yamouna David.
Recently, Pondicherry Imaginary Literature Fair promoted French science-fiction and fantasy authors in India to endorse French and Indian imaginative literature in India in which these authors participated.
Prof.Yog Raj, Academic Incharge gladly received the guests, and has been extremely encouraging in his endeavour to expose students to enlightening opportunities. The entire staff and the students of the department were present at the event.
The event held in the Panjab University was an enriching session for students as they came across the profound insights offered by the esteemed authors. The enthusiastic students interacted wholeheartedly with the guests by asking them questions to which they responded very keenly. The event was a great success that was concluded by a small play presented by the students in French language.
