Ziaa Lalkaka, CEO, H T Parekh Foundation said: “Partnering with the Little Festival marks a meaningful first for us, as it reflects our vision for ‘Doorbeen’, a Library & Literature initiative at H T Parekh Foundation, dedicated to building a culture of reading amongst children. Through Doorbeen, we are establishing school and community libraries, training library professionals, and developing quality children’s literature in regional languages. This collaboration offers a unique chance for children to engage with books, access workshops, and author talks in an interactive and inspiring way, thus fostering a lifelong love for reading.”

Senior Associate Festival Director Reena Agrawal who has curated The Little Festival said: “Reading and language feed the soul, and it is important for young people to experience this live, especially in an overwhelmingly digital age. We are delighted to hold The Little Festival with the support of the H T Parekh Foundation. It is a unique literary program for children where they can enjoy meeting authors in person, enlightening discussions on literature aligned to their age groups, myriad ways of telling stories through song and dance, and imaginative workshops.”
