Little Ivyians quilling rakhis

Jalandhar, August 17, 2019: Ivy World School run by I - League Education organized a special event to educate students about the significance of Raksha Bandhan.

Raksha Bandhan is a special occasion to celebrate the virtuous bond of love between a brother and a sister which is one of the deepest and noblest of all human emotions.

The students made beautiful Rakhis using different articles like silken threads, glitter sheets, beads and ribbons etc. The children thoroughly enjoyed this activity and were excited to take decorated rakhis home for their brothers.

At Ivy World School, an effort to inculcate the knowledge about our culture, respect for all religions and taking tradition forward for the next generation is made through these celebrations.
