Live demo of CPR and First Aid for Industrial Employees

Rohtak, November 16, 2024 A CPR and First Aid training program was organized by the Nikhar Group of Industries and Rohit Steels in collaboration with Holy Heart Hospital and Revive Heart Foundation. The program was organized at the IMT, with the aim of spreading awareness among the employees.
Senior Cardiologist Dr. Aditya Batra told the symptoms of heart attack and cardiac arrest. He gave a demo of how to check the heartbeat and how to give CPR. Dr. Batra also gave a live demo of CPR as well first aid in case of choking. He emphasized the need to improve eating habits and stress management to avoid heart attack and cardiac arrest.
MD, Nikhar Group and social worker Rajendra Bansal was present as Chief Guest. Managing Director, Rohit Steels and MD of Ransh Kiya Preeti Bansal welcomed the team of doctors. They talked about the importance of CPR and First Aid.
Team of doctors and trainers informed the employees about easy exercises for the cervical, hands and lungs. About 100 employees participated in this awareness program and themselves also practiced CPR and first aid. Dr. Ravi Dahiya and Rajbir Singh along with company officials Pankaj, Nandini, Priyanka, Birendra, Rohan, Vinod, Mohit, Sunil, Shiv Kumar were present during the session.
