Ludhiana, February 18, 2019: “Battles of the future in the intensely competitive world , cannot be won with the mindsets and weaponry of the past.” was the message shared by the Keynote Speaker Ashvinder Singh, MD, Unistyle Image at the SME Conclave organized by the Ludhiana Management Association in association with TIE-NCR & IndiaMart. today. Ashvinder emphasized that SMEs would need to shed their ostrich like attitude of keeping to themselves, rather the entrepreneurs must focus on delegation, development of win-win networks, develop new products and also create powerful Brands. Singh also shared his personal mantra for success to be the development of his team and its empowerment. He asserted that the success of an SME would depend on how effectively is it able to develop and empower all its stakeholders, i.e., its Dealers, its Customers, its suppliers and also its employees. Kamal Wadehra, President LMA stated that the theme of this conclave was to enable SMEs( Small and Medium Enterprises to be prepared for the future which seems to be uncertain, but actually is an opportunity for those who are able to envision and prepare for the times of constant change. D.K.Sindhwani,Secretary Programmes, LMA and Ajit Lakra,Convener LMA SME Forum elaborated on the different themes of the conclave to be Digital Marketing for SMEs, Technology 4.0 for Staying Ahead and Innovations on Financing for SMEs. The mentors of this conclave were felicitated by Surinder Bhogal, Vice President LMA. The Conclave proved to be a unique opportunity for the entrepreneurs as not only they were able to derive useful learning from the success stories of other highly successful entrepreneurs from different manufacturing sectors and services, but they were also able to interact with them on a one to one basis during the sessions.
