Local programmes start from Ludhiana FM

Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari on Sunday launching AIR FM Gold Studio and local variation programmes  of the recently set up Ludhiana FM.

Ludhiana, November 10, 2013: Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Manish Tewari today launched AIR FM Gold Studio and local variation programmes  of the recently set up Ludhiana FM.
FM Gold Ludhiana will help create local programmes keeping in view the local needs. Focusing on local issues the channel will broadcast a variety of  programmes daily for two hours from 09.00 to 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 to 7.00 p.m.
Regular features will include traffic and weather updates, tips for good living and popular music. In addition, information on health, agriculture, heritage, art, culture, literature, legal matters, trade and industry and sports will be provided to the listeners.
On this occasion a cultural programme was organised at Pal Auditorium, Punjab Agricultural University. Pammi Bai, Amar Noori and Lachi Bawa-Glori Bawa enthralled the audience with their musical performances. Bhotu Shah tickled with his hilarious presentation.
